Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 16, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating a Jetwel account or using the Jetwel service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you sign up on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The service
Jetwel provides a hosted, multi-tenant SaaS platform for deploying AI operator teams. Customers use Jetwel through the web dashboard to run workflows such as sales prospecting, enrichment, outbound review, follow-up, workspace operations and related reporting.
Jetwel is software as a service. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, purchasing a subscription gives you access to the dashboard, plan capacity and enabled software features. It does not purchase consulting, agency work or custom software development.
3. Accounts and access
- Access may be invite-only, self-serve or demo-based depending on the launch phase and plan.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your workspace.
- Organization owners and admins may invite, remove and re-assign members. Jetwel does not resolve internal role or ownership disputes.
4. Plans, subscriptions and billing
Paid Jetwel plans are recurring SaaS subscriptions. The public pricing page and in-app billing screen show the plan name, price, renewal cadence, included Sales Team capacity and major exclusions before a customer starts checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel a subscription from Settings → Billing when the billing portal is available, or by contacting support@jetwel.com. After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period unless required otherwise by law or by a separate written agreement.
Jetwel may process payments through Stripe, Paddle or another payment provider. When Paddle is the active provider, Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for the order process and handles payment support, taxes, invoices and returns. Paddle buyer support is available at paddle.net.
For Paddle orders: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Refunds are governed by the Jetwel Refund Policy. Legally mandated refund or withdrawal rights are honored where applicable.
5. Plan limits and fair use
Jetwel plans are based on workspace access and sales capacity such as contact-ready leads, email sends, LinkedIn actions, connected sender seats, active campaigns and workspace users. Agent chat is available under fair use. Jetwel may pause or limit workflows that exceed the plan capacity, create security risk, or generate provider costs that cannot be billed.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Jetwel to:
- Send spam, phishing or unlawful unsolicited bulk communication.
- Generate or distribute illegal content, malware, targeted harassment, or sexual material involving minors.
- Circumvent rate limits, probe infrastructure or attempt to access another tenant’s data.
- Reverse engineer, scrape or decompile the service except where permitted by law.
- Use agents to impersonate real people or organizations without authorization.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of prompts, documents, instructions, configurations and generated outputs that you submit to Jetwel. You grant Jetwel a limited license to process that content only to provide, secure and improve the service for your workspace. Jetwel does not use customer workspace content to train foundation models.
8. AI-generated outputs
Agent outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing agent output before publishing, sending or acting on it. Jetwel does not warrant that AI-generated output is fit for a particular purpose.
9. Third-party services
You may connect services such as Google, LinkedIn, Telegram, Paddle, Stripe or enrichment providers. Those providers’ own terms and privacy policies also apply. Jetwel is not responsible for third-party provider outages, policy changes or account actions.
10. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jetwel disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Jetwel’s aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the fees you paid to Jetwel for the service during that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using Jetwel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create abuse risk, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, workspace data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period unless we must retain it for legal, tax, security or dispute-resolution reasons.
12. Changes
We may update the service or these Terms. For material changes, we will notify account owners by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute not resolved informally will be submitted to the courts of Istanbul. Consumers retain mandatory rights available in their country of residence where applicable.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@jetwel.com. Billing and product support requests can be sent to support@jetwel.com.
