Refund Policy

Last updated: May 16, 2026

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to Jetwel SaaS subscriptions and paid plan capacity purchased through Jetwel checkout. It should be read together with the Terms & Conditions.

2. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing when the billing portal is available, or by contacting support@jetwel.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless legally required otherwise, your workspace remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

3. Initial purchase refunds

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase. We review requests against account activity, fulfillment status, abuse risk and applicable law. We may decline refunds where the service has been materially used, where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse, or where the request falls outside the policy window.

4. Renewals and partial periods

Subscription renewal payments and partial billing periods are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or agreed in writing. If you no longer need Jetwel, cancel before the next renewal date.

5. Trials

Free trials do not create a paid charge. If a trial converts to a paid plan, the initial purchase refund window starts on the first successful paid transaction.

6. Paddle and payment-provider support

Jetwel may process payments through Paddle, Stripe or another payment provider. When Paddle is the active provider, Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for the order process and handles payment support, taxes, invoices and returns. Paddle buyer support is available at paddle.net.

If you contact Jetwel first, we will help route the request to the active payment provider where needed.

7. How to request a refund

Send the workspace name, account email, purchase date and reason for the request to support@jetwel.com. If the purchase was processed by Paddle, you may also submit the request directly through paddle.net.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer, tax, withdrawal or refund rights that apply in your country or region.
