Jetwel LinkedIn Connect Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 29, 2026

1. Who we are

Jetwel operates the Jetwel LinkedIn Connect Chrome extension for teams using Jetwel ROOM campaigns. For privacy questions, contact privacy@jetwel.com.

2. Single purpose

The extension runs user-confirmed Jetwel ROOM LinkedIn connect and message tasks in the operator's own signed-in browser session. It does not source leads, create campaigns, scrape LinkedIn contact lists, or act on LinkedIn without a task first produced and confirmed inside Jetwel.

3. Data processed by the extension

  • Jetwel extension session data: a scoped extension session token, expiry time, organization id, user id, and user email.
  • LinkedIn task data: target profile URL, visible profile name, connect/pending/1st-degree state, Message button visibility, message readiness, and reply evidence for the relevant task.
  • Operator-authored message content: the exact body approved in Jetwel before the extension sends a LinkedIn message.
  • Local status data: daily invite counters, last run summary, and a small local activity log shown in the popup.

4. Data not collected

  • LinkedIn passwords or Jetwel passwords.
  • LinkedIn cookies copied off the LinkedIn origin.
  • Bulk connection lists, contact lists, search results, or unrelated browsing history.
  • Third-party analytics identifiers from the extension.
  • Data for advertising, credit, lending, or unrelated profiling.

5. How data moves

The extension reads the active task state in Chrome, sends task-scoped events to the Jetwel backend at https://api.jetwel.com, and stores backend records inside the customer's Jetwel organization in MongoDB Atlas. The Jetwel web app at https://jetwel.comsends explicit ROOM commands to the extension through Chrome's extension messaging APIs.

6. Chrome Web Store Limited Use

The use of information received from this extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Jetwel does not sell extension data, does not use it for unrelated purposes, and does not use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility.

7. Retention

Local extension data remains in Chrome storage until the user clears logs, resets the extension, or removes it from Chrome. Backend task events and campaign records are retained according to the customer organization's Jetwel workspace retention settings and are deleted when the organization is deleted.

8. Sharing and subprocessors

Extension data is processed by Jetwel and its infrastructure subprocessors, including MongoDB Atlas and Google Cloud. Jetwel does not share extension data with third-party analytics or advertising services.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection for personal data processed by Jetwel. Contact privacy@jetwel.com or use the Jetwel workspace settings available to your organization.

10. Changes

Jetwel will update this page when the extension's data handling changes materially. The updated date at the top of the page identifies the latest version.
